Outdoor Worship Night
Led production for an outdoor student-led worship night, designing a system that enabled fast, reliable setup while supporting a distraction-free worship environment.

Fast Deployment
I designed a set of custom-built, color-coded cable snakes to simplify and standardize setup across the entire system.
Each snake bundled audio, power, and labeled connections, allowing band members to quickly deploy their station without needing detailed instruction.
This reduced setup time to 1–2 hours while minimizing confusion and setup errors.
Smart Tradeoffs
To balance performance and cost, I avoided traditional SDI infrastructure and instead implemented video over Ethernet.
This allowed us to distribute lyrics to multiple displays in a cost-effective way while providing reliability through spare converters.
The system was consolidated into a rack-mounted unit, keeping deployment clean, organized, and easy to manage.

As a founding member and production director of Red Barn Worship, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and execute worship environments across campus, including outdoors and within tight timelines. This project reflects my approach to production: building systems that are intentional, efficient, and designed to support worship and reduce distractions.
