Worship Night
Programmed and operated lighting for a full-scale worship night, and assisted with Vectorworks design and pre-planning prior to load-in.

Vectorworks & Load In
Ahead of load-in, ACC's production director Drew Middlebrooks provided me with a rough Vectorworks sketch of the planned stage design.
I refined it by adding detail, renders, and sheet layers to map out the load-in and confirm we had enough cable and rigging, solving problems before they arose.
That work up front translated to a much smoother, more time-efficient load-in, letting us focus on executing a plan rather than spending mental energy designing elements on the spot.
Lighting
Once load-in was complete, I was responsible for programming most of the lighting effects and looks for the night.
Working alongside Middlebrooks, we collaborated on the design for each song — often I executed the details of his creative vision, keeping my programming flexible and adaptable as we busked new effects on the fly.
During the night itself, I ran the lighting desk while Middlebrooks ran Resolume, tag-teaming the visual look of the evening.

With ACC being my home church, this was a fun project to kick off the fall semester. It was also a chance to put my growing Vectorworks skills to work on a large-scale project that's near and dear to my heart.
