Spring Retreat
Production directed a weekend retreat as a high school senior, planning and executing a full technical system while leading a volunteer team.

Planning
I planned the full production setup in advance, including gear requirements, rentals, and system layout.
I prepared ProPresenter files, console show files, load-in timelines, and clearly defined team roles to ensure everything was ready before arrival.
This upfront planning allowed the weekend to run smoothly to execute a variety of moving parts and service elements.
Leadership
I led load-in, coordinated volunteers, and managed production throughout the weekend across multiple sessions and activities.
This included handling some unique scenarios, such as designing a glow-in-the-dark dodgeball court using blue lighting and orange tape.
My focus was equipping the team to succeed and maintaining a consistent, well-executed environment across the entire retreat.

This project was one of my first opportunities to fully own both the technical system and the team behind it. It set the foundation for how I approach production today—through preparation, clear systems, and leadership that enables others to execute well.
