At The Arena (Live)
Produced a student-led worship night in Neville Arena on a two-week timeline, designing and executing a full production system for a 1,000-person event and live album recording.

Previsualization
With only two weeks to prepare, I designed the full stage layout and system in Vectorworks, allowing us to plan equipment, placement, and workflow before load-in.
This gave our team a clear and executable plan, reducing uncertainty and enabling us to move quickly despite the scale of the venue.
Each decision was made with time and budget constraints in mind.
Execution
I coordinated rentals, built show files, and led communication between the band, volunteers, and venue staff to ensure everything came together smoothly.
I delegated FOH to a trusted engineer so I could focus on producing the event, directing load-in, and managing the overall experience.
I ensured the event was multitrack recorded to support a full live album release, allowing the impact of the night to extend far beyond those in the room.

This project pushed me to operate at a higher level as both a designer and leader, balancing vision with real constraints. From early planning through execution, my focus was on creating a space where everyone present could worship freely, by hearing the music clearly and seeing the lyrics, without overproducing or losing the purpose behind the night.
