Designed and built a full-stack lighting control system, including hardware, software, and web platform, now deployed across 100+ locations to manage architectural lighting at scale.

Full Stack

I developed a Raspberry Pi–based controller paired with a custom web platform to manage car wash architectural lighting systems remotely.

This included PCB design, embedded software, and a browser-based interface for configuring locations, schedules, and real-time overrides.

The system was designed to be reliable, scalable, and easy to deploy across many sites.

Show Engine

I built a custom show engine to generate dynamic lighting effects, calculating color and output values for each fixture in real time.

This required developing algorithms to handle multiple parameters and transitions while maintaining smooth and consistent output at ~40 updates per second.

The result was a flexible system that allowed users to design and run impressive lighting effects without needing technical knowledge.

In addition to development, I created assembly documentation and handed off manufacturing and parts ordering for over 100 units. This project reflects my ability to take a system from concept to real-world deployment—designing not just how it works, but how it is built, scaled, and used in practice.
